The primary differences are the crit chance(which comes out to about 25%) and the fact that Finale can hit the third row. Primarily because while Finale has great stats on the move itself, the Jester's base damage is bad enough that using Finale is the damage equivalent of a standard Crusader Smite. Even if you completely removed the debuffs, Finale would just be good, not great. I'm not even sure why Finale has debuffs attached to it as it really isn't devastating enough to warrant that. Jesters are tied for the lowest HP in the game, so taking this kind of risk and completely nullifying their dodge is out of the question for me. I could deal with every debuff it causes other than the -30 dodge. I tried doing something like this, but I hate Finale. Feather Crystal is an excellent trinket choice for him. He has a ridiculously high speed stat, so he's going to go first almost every time. If you're fighting something with low dodge, he can just stab it in the face.
